Dental 2: Kern County Children's Dental Health Network understands that continuous evaluation and assessment is critical to developing, maintaining and expanding this project to meet the needs of those children it serves.

Since December of 2000, dental professionals have traveled to school sites and provided preventive and dental treatment to:

Nurse Referral Program
If school nurse identifies a child with decay and the child has no resources, he/she can refer child to our program. We then facilitate an appointment into one of four pediatric dentist offices.
